Now, we’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a Paid Media Specialist to help us grow our user base through smart, scalable, and effective advertising across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
🎯 What You’ll Do:
- You’ll be responsible for leading and optimizing our performance marketing strategy — with real ownership and impact:
- Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Continuously analyze performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and lead quality
- Build and run structured A/B tests to improve creative, targeting, and bidding
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM data to extract actionable insights
- Collaborate with design/content teams to develop effective, on-brand ad creatives
- Stay current with the latest digital ad trends, algorithm changes, and new targeting features
- Maintain clear reporting and time tracking in a remote setting
✅ What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience managing performance campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
- Proven ability to manage budgets of $10,000+/month and generate real business results
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs
- Experience in lead generation funnels, ideally for SaaS, CRM, or productivity tools
- Clear, professional English communication (written & spoken)
- Self-starter with excellent time and task management in a remote environment

- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or even Less Annoying!)
- Understanding of long B2B sales cycles and buyer psychology
- Familiarity with revops, attribution models, or CRM-integrated marketing workflows
- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications
